Serving Board: Grace

Eph 2: 8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

This definition of ‘grace’ is so meaningful to me. The grace - the favor - that God shows toward us is completely and utterly underserved. We cannot earn God’s lovingkindness or grace – we will fall awfully short. I thank God that He sent Jesus so that we can receive this gift of His love, grace and favor freely!
